Lexus RX400 Hybrid: What do you think? ?

How do you like it?

How about in comparison to the 350, which is not a hybrid? Any reason why you prefer the 350?

Are there major maintenance issues with a hybrid model that aren't there with the gas only powered model?

DONT BUY IT -- yet. They just redesigned it and it will be out soon. It is a great car and drives very smoothly and quiet. It is stylish, and has way better gas mileage. It is also shinyer and has nicer hubcaps. I would go for the RXh. GO GREEN!
